Throughout my 40 years of extensive career in Mortgage Brokering and Mortgage Banking, I have successfully managed retail branch offices for more than three decades. In these leadership roles, I have overseen all aspects of branch operations, including recruiting and developing top-performing teams, managing economics and profitability, driving sales growth, streamlining operations, QC, compliance, and ensuring excellence in post-closing processes.
My hands-on experience as a loan originator has given us the privilege of serving home buyers from diverse financial backgrounds and life circumstances. We take great pride in carefully analyzing each client’s unique situation and matching them with a customized loan program that best aligns with their goals, budget, and long-term financial objectives.
